OOIDA filed its comments to the hours-of-service regulations proposed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on Friday, March 4. The Association’s leadership laid out opposition to reducing the driving time to 10 hours; restricting the 34-hour restart, limiting on-duty time to 13 hours, and mandatory breaks.
