OOIDA President Todd Spencer emphasized in a letter to the Trump administration the need for COVID-19 testing available specifically for drivers serving problematic areas and available along haul routes. “Testing must show results in hours, not days,” he wrote. He also urged a strategy for treatment or quarantine possibly “at nearby motels.”
