The California Air Resources Board will host a public workshop later this month to discuss recent proposed amendments to the state’s Transport Refrigeration Unit Airborne Toxic Control Measure, also known as the reefer rule. By March 31 all model year 2003 reefer engines must meet new emission control standards.
