Trucking companies aren’t the only ones to face the wrath of expensive fines issued by the California Air Resources Board. CARB announced Tuesday that the air quality agency has fined the city of Compton, CA, $48,000 for “a variety of infractions pertaining to its diesel fleet vehicles.”
