The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission named a new chief executive officer this week. He’s Roger Nutt, a former transportation official in New Jersey and former executive director of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Nutt replaces retired CEO Joseph Brimmeier and will be paid a salary of $196,700 per year.
