State police have filed vehicular homicide and other charges in a four-vehicle crash that killed a husband and wife on Interstate 81 near Mechanicsburg last May. Muniru Iddress, 30, was additionally charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and other summary violations, police said in a news release Thursday.
