Eberspaecher will be exhibiting the 1Box and 1Line exhaust systems, and Hydronic S3 and Airtronic D2 heaters at the North American Commercial Vehicle Show in Atlanta.

Eberspaecher’s 1Box aftertreatment system integrates the diesel oxidation catalyst, diesel particulate filter, and selective catalytic reduction into one package. It features an triangular shape and is designed to provide a 40% weight improvement over other box-style solutions.

The 1Line aftertreatment solution is built to complement box-style systems. Scalable for heavy duty, medium, and light trucks, the 1Line combines the diesel particulate filter and selective catalytic reduction into a single component. It also integrates a compact mixing device that can be engineered to work with all urea injector designs and styles.

The Hydronic S3 Economy weighs 4.4 pounds and records an efficiency increase to 85%. A water pump is required to complete a heating system.

Besides water heaters, compact air heaters like the Airtronic D2 are independent of both the engine and the vehicle’s own temperature regulation system. It draws cool interior or outside air in, heat it up, and then return it to the vehicle interior. The Airtronic D2 can be mounted in the cab, in the luggage compartment, or under the floor of a commercial vehicle and modern operating elements are designed to make controlling the it simple.
