As Solar Energy Initiatives Inc. completed a spin-off of part of its business into a separate public company called Solar Park Initiatives, somebody made a costly boo-boo. The spin-off called for Solar Energy stockholders to receive one share of Solar Park for every two shares of Solar Energy they owned.
