A California trucking organization filed suit this week against CARB in an effort to halt the most expensive trucking rule the agency has implemented on trucks. The California Dump Truck Owners Association says federal law pre-empts CARB’s Truck and Bus Regulation, and is asking a federal judge in Sacramento for an injunction on enforcement of the rule.
