CARB posts fact sheet for new low-rolling-resistance tire requirements

The California Air Resources Board has posted a fact sheet to explain one portion of its Heavy-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction regulation, also known as the SmartWay Rule.
