Investigators say the driver of an 18-wheeler caused the deaths of two Northshore women early this morning on I-12. According to investigators, Anthony Hernandez was behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler as he passed a vehicle this morning just after 1:00am on the interstate near Abita Springs.
