A 58-year-old Windsor man was charged under the Highway Traffic Act Nov. 24 after Chatham-Kent OPP found a portable DVD player on the dashboard of his tractor-trailer. Police were called at 10:50 p.m. by a concerned motorist who said the trucker was driving with what appeared to be a television on the dashboard.
