Hi Johnnie: Having recently spent 20 years in California, where drivers seem to vie for points on pedestrians — 10 for an adult, 20 for someone using a cane — even though pedestrians are always supposed to have the right of way, I have been most impressed with Colorado drivers’ observance of the same law.
