A semitrailer carrying seafood tipped on its side and blocked traffic for several hours Sunday at the Bloomington roundabout near Interstate 15’s Exit 4. The truck driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to Dixie Regional Medical Center as a precaution, St. George Police Sgt.
