Divers traveling southbound on Interstate 35W in northeast Minneapolis will see detours from Oct. 3-6 while repair crews work. Traffic will be diverted to southbound Highway 280 and westbound Interstate 94. Access to eastbound Highway 36 from southbound Interstate 35W will remain open.
