The Teamsters Union has gotten the go-ahead from workers at a second Con-way Freight terminal to represent them in talks with company management, but were turned back at two other locations in votes all supervised by the National Labor Relations Board. In downtown Los Angeles, a narrow majority of employees voted in favor of union representation, while workers at the company’s Santa Fe Springs and San Fernando Valley locations voted against representation.
