Besides the wrath of hundreds of commuters stuck in traffic, the driver of a truck that rammed the King Street Bridge in New York before skidding to a halt in a fiery mess in Connecticut is facing four traffic summonses. Westchester County Police issued the tickets after the crash Tuesday morning, and the department also plans to bill the trucking company for the cost of police overtime.
