In a conference call, TransForce CEO Alain Bdard said the Montreal-based company will spin-off the truckload business, possibly in 2015, followed by the waste division, which includes landfills, possibly a couple years later. Bedard foresees TransForce becoming “a huge cash flow machine” in three years, focusing on three core areas of operation: package and courier, small truckload and logistics business.
