PeopleNet and its sister company ALK are making it possible this year to track the Capitol Christmas Tree in real time on its 2,000-mile journey to Washington D.C. The two companies are providing real-time tracking of the Capitol Christmas tree by using its asset tracking software made for managing fleets of trucks. The tree will be traveling from the Chippewa National Forest taking a tour of the U.S. that culminates in the tree lighting ceremony in early December.
