Alberta, Canada-based trucking and oilfield firm Mullen Group Ltd. says it will pay $172 million cash to buy Winnipeg-based transport company Gardewine Group Limited Partnership. Mullen will purchase Gardewine North, Northern Cartage, Northern Deck, Northern Bulk and Northern Logistics.
