Victoria Police figures obtained by the Herald Sun reveal record numbers of truck drivers are high while behind the wheel, and 156 drivers tested positive last year. Victoria Police says “ratbag drivers” in charge of driving 60-tonne “weapons” are treating other motorists as potential roadkill and risking the lives of innocent Victorians.
