Orland >> A Glenn County judge has ruled against the Chico-based Alliance for California Business in its effort to temporarily suspend the California Air Resources Board’s requirement on diesel particulate filters for trucks. In January, the alliance presented documentation from numerous truck owners and drivers to Glenn County Superior Court Judge Peter Twede, asking for an injunction on the filters.
