A semi-trailer truck driver was cited in a wreck which closed off all northbound lanes of Interstate 95 south of U.S. 1 in Ormond Beach. Roy W. Greene, 64, of Lenoir, North Carolina, was cited for careless driving, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.
