A truck driver may have accidently started a string of fires that closed Interstate-29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border for a time on Wednesday. Deputy B. J. Maxson tells Valley News Live that a trucker may have been dragging a chain or some other object that caused sparks, while driving through the Canadian border to Grand Forks.
