The Allentown truck driver that dozed off and caused a fiery fatal crash on Interstate 78 wants to withdraw his plea because he says he was under the influence of medication at the time. In March, Robert Wayne Gawne, 56, of the 500 block of West Tilghman Street, showed up an hour late to jury selection for his trial and under the influence of Tylenol with codeine.
