A Georgia truck driver was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Lehigh County on Monday. State police at Fogelsville said the crash occurred along Interstate 78 in Upper Saucon Township, about 2 p.m. Troopers said Jeffrey E. Spatcher, 45, of Folkston, was driving a 2011 Freightliner Cascada tractor with trailer, and Dwight Francis, 34, of Brooklyn, New York, was operating a 2009 Mack CXU truck with trailer.
