Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has appointed Berend Bracht as president and CEO and a member of its executive board, effective July 1, 2015. Current president and CEO Joe McAleese will transition out of that position and step fully into his role as Bendix chairman, a role he has held since 2014.
