Georgia State Patrol and Pooler police are investigating a fiery multi-vehicle wreck that left five dead on I-16 near Savannah. Two teenagers and three adults were killed after a tractor-trailer slammed into five stopped vehicles including another eighteen-wheeler before bursting into flames on I-16 near Savannah on Tuesday.
