Unionized truck drivers walked the picket line at Cranesville Ready Mix in Scotia Wednesday in a dispute over who would pay for health insurance in their new contract. Bill Latulipe , shop steward for Teamsters Local 294, which represents about 20 drivers at the plant and another in Albany, said the company “gave us a final offer,” telling the union “to take it or leave it.”
