Police have filed four traffic citations against a coal truck driver who killed a paramedic who was responding to other western Pennsylvania crashes. Police on Friday cited him for careless driving leading to an unintentional death, driving at a safe speed, exceeding his vehicle’s weight limit and a vehicle equipment violation.
