Ronald Mockelman pleaded guilty in a U.S. District Court in Lincoln, Neb., to intimidating a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration employee. Earlier this year, Mockelman, a commercial truck driver, allegedly made several threatening phone calls to the FMCSA’s Nebraska Division offices.
