The Environmental Protection Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will hold a public hearing in Chicago for the proposed phase 2 Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Fuel Efficiency Standards for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles. EPA and NHTSA will receive comments on their joint proposed rules as well as NHTSA’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the rules.
