TruStar Energy has opened a public-access compressed natural gas fueling station in Liberal, Kan., the fueling infrastructure developer announced. The company was contracted to build the station earlier this year to provide CNG fuel for fleets operating out of the Southwest Kansas and Oklahoma Panhandle areas, according to TruStar.
