Eric Devers of the Ohio State Highway Patrol was recently honored for saving a truck driver’s life, and it’s all because the entire incident was captured on his dash-cam. Officer Devers arrived at the scene of a crash in which a semi-truck veered off the road, through a guard rail and into a ditch.
