The City of Hillview, in Bullitt County, has filed for Chapter 9 bankruptcy with the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Kentucky. As Business First previously reported, the filing comes after a truck driving school, Truck America Training, won a lawsuit against the city that was related to a 2002 land dispute.
