A dump truck driver has been cited after rear-ending a Pittsburgh-area transit bus has near Kennywood Park, injuring the bus driver and 11 passengers. Port Authority of Allegheny County spokesman Jim Ritchie says William Lewis of Sid Mendlowitz Trucking has been cited for following too closely, careless driving and having an expired registration.
