Police say a milk tanker truck driver was choking on a soft drink when he drove off a western Pennsylvania highway and smashed into 23 cars at a dealership. Police in Hermitage say the driver was sipping Dr. Pepper when he began choking and drove the truck nearly 600 feet through a grassy area before smashing into Montrose Buick-GMC-Cadillac about 4 p.m. Sunday.
