A provincial court judge will give her verdict Nov. 27 in the trial of a truck driver charged in connection with a fatal crash on Highway 101 two years ago. Lawyers made their closing arguments Monday in the case of 61-year-old Mohammad Younus, who was charged after his truck hit the back of a van on July 9, 2013.
