Orland >> The Alliance for California Business will again be in court at 1 p.m. Friday at the Glenn County Courthouse, 821 E. South St., Orland in regards to a lawsuit the business-based organization filed over the safety of diesel particulate filters. A hearing is scheduled to dismiss a lawsuit the alliance brought against the California Air Resources Board over filter safety.
