new Crash Investigators: Blown tire caused fatal Interstate 59/20 crash

The Jefferson County coroner says Charles Ward Miller of Ethelsville died in Thursday’s three-vehicle crash on Interstate 59/20. Miller was the driver of the 18-wheeler.
