The U.S. Department of Transportation is hosting a talk about self-driving vehicles with the director of Google’s self-drving car program, Chris Urmson. The event, titled, Realizing Self-Driving Vehicles, will take place on Dec. 1 from 12 p.m. 1 p.m. EST at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center in Cambridge, Mass.
