WOODSTOCK – A truck driver from Texas is facing marijuana trafficking charges, after authorities say they stopped his semi containing 27 pounds of pot near Marengo . Illinois State Police on Nov. 3, pulled over Lamont I. Howard, 44, of Garland, Texas, on the portion of Interstate 90 that passes through McHenry County.
