More signs were delivered Wednesday to the area in hopes of helping drivers navigate the area – especially truck drivers, who are getting stuck. Since PennDOT installed the second of three roundabouts in Avoca a few months ago, Lauren Marsh has seen an uptick of tractor trailers rolling past her house on William Street in Avoca, where they’re supposed to be banned.
