The truck driver who rear-ended comedian Tracy Morgan’s limousine, injuring him and killing another comedian, has been indicted for charges of manslaughter, vehicular homicide and aggravated assault, according to a New York Times report . Truck driver Kevin Roper’s Walmart truck crashed into Morgan’s limo in June 2014 on the New Jersey Turnpike when he failed to notice that traffic had slowed ahead of him.
