Charges are pending against a truck driver who fatally struck a 74-year-old woman on Tuesday near Division and LaSalle streets. At about 11:55 a.m., Georgiana Henley was walking on the 100 block of West Division, according to Officer Anna Pacheco from Police News Affairs.
