A couple of out-of-state truck drivers lost money in an apparently well-planned and rehearsed scheme recently at a truck stop off Interstate 85 in Jackson County. The Virginia trucker, along with John Rhodes, a trucker from Sebastian, Fla., arrived at the Pilot Truck stop at the Georgia Highway 53 intersection about 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
