Two people accused of helping hundreds of out-of-state and sometimes English-illiterate residents get a Florida commercial drivers license are headed to federal prison. Natalia Dontsova, 50, and Ellariy Medvednik, 49, each pleaded guilty to their part in the scheme, which operated through a now-defunct website – russiantruckingschool.com, federal court records state.
