A municipal dump truck driver who was fired when he tested positive for alcohol use after causing an explosion isn’t eligible for unemployment compensation, a Commonwealth Court panel has decided. That might seem like a no-brainer, but the state judges had to take on the question when Richard Kohler appealed the comp denial after he was axed from his job in Allentown.
