The Truckload Carriers Administration has awarded its Past Chairman’s Award to Dan England, chairman of the board of C.R. England and former chairman of TCA. The Past Chairmen’s award is TCA’s highest honor and is awarded to leaders who have made significant contributions to the business community, the trucking industry and TCA.
