A tractor-trailer driver and another motorist suffered minor injuries late Thursday morning in a crash that disrupted traffic for hours on Interstate 83 in southern York County. State police said the truck jackknifed in the southbound lanes at 11:48 a.m. and destroyed a section of the concrete lane divider between Exits 10 and 8. The tractor smashed through the barrier and blocked the northbound lane while the trailer turned sideways across the southbound lanes.
